• Kolin Philippines International Inc. was established as company in July 1995.
• Started with a small office located in Magallanes Village, Makati.

1996

• Kolin Philippines started its commercial operations on July 1996.
• The company moved its operations office to Magallanes, Makati.
• Introduced AM Series - Micro Chip controlled window type, and the first “No Rust, No Drip” air conditioner in the market, and KSA Series (Split Type) Airconditioners.
• Introduced other appliances such as CZM Series (Wide Screen Televisions), Frost-Free refrigerators, and other small appliances.

1997

• Inaugurated the 2.2-hectare head office and manufacturing facility located in Dasmarinas City, Cavite.
• Established Pampanga and Dagupan service centers in the country.
• Kolin’s operations were relocated to a larger building in Magallanes Village, Makati City.
• Introduced electricfans.

1998

• New service centers were opened in Cebu, Davao, Gensan, Bacolod, Iloilo, Cagayan De Oro, Legaspi, and San Pablo.
• Introduced prestige BMR Series (Remote Controlled Window AC), and showcase refrigerators.

1999

• Introduced the prestige selection BMW and CMW Series - Dual Remote Window AC (Wireless and Cabled).
• Adopted the 5S Program.

2000

• Introduced the first generation of E Series, the RE and ME Series window-type air conditioners.
• Started tree planting program near the warehouse vicinity as part of our corporate social responsibilities.
• Introduced other products such as AKROS AG Series Television, Colored Television, and CD player.

2001

• Became ISO-9002 certified and established DTI welfare desk.
• Inaugurated the new warehouse building B in Dasmarinas, Cavite.
• Introduced FZ1 Series - Flat Television, BS III Television, Flat TV Syntax, Multi System Series, and SS Series Syntax Televisions.
• Introduced our 18” industrial fan.

2003

• Recognized and awarded as an Outstanding Manufacturer of Air conditioners by Consumers Union of the Philippines in July 2003.
• Recognized and awarded as the Top Air conditioner, Electric fan brand by National Consumers Quality Awards (NCQA) in July 2003.
• Recognized and awarded as an Outstanding Air conditioner, Electric fan brand by Family and Consumers Choice Awards in September 2003.
• Introduced KSG Series - Split Type Air conditioner.
• Introduced other product like DVD player.

2004

• Became a consumers excellence awardee as an outstanding air conditioner and electric fan brand by Asia Pacific Excellence Awards in May 2004.
• Recognized and awarded as an Outstanding manufacturer of air conditioners by the Consumers Union of the Philippines in August 2004.
• Recognized and awarded as an Outstanding manufacturer of air conditioners by National Consumers Excellence in March 2004.
• Introduced KSM Series - Split Type Air conditioners, and PLASMA and LCD Televisions.

2005

• Recognized and awarded as the Most Outstanding Flat Screen TV Specialist during the Philippines Marketing Excellence Awards.
• Recognized and awarded as the No.1 LCD/Plasma TV for Syntax brand during the National Shoppers Choice awards in August 2005.
• Introduced the company’s 1st generation of Ceiling Cassette standard KSG, KSM, and KLM Series.
• Light commercial models were introduced, such as the company’s 1st generation of Floor Mounted standard KFG, KFM, and KLG Series.
• Introduced new television product, Syntax CTV.

2006

• Recognized and awarded as the No.1 Air Purification System for Air conditioners (Nano Tech Series) during the National Shoppers Choice Awards in December 2006.

2007

• Recognized and awarded as the Top LCD/Plasma TV brand during the Consumers Choice Awards in March 2007.

2008

• Recognized and awarded as an Outstanding Manufacturer of Air conditioners by the Consumers Union of the Philippines in October 2008.
• Introduced the first inverter type aircon from Kolin, the INV Series split wall type air conditioner.
• Introduced the Semi-flat Syntax Television.

2009

• Recognized and awarded as the Most Outstanding Television Manufacturer during the Consumers Choice Awards in June 2009.
• Introduced the 1st generation of S Series, a high efficiency window type air conditioner.
• Introduced Olevia Television, LCD Syntax, and Pure Flat TV.

2010

• Introduced LCD Televisions.
• Introduced CBINV Series - Split Type Air conditioner.
• Introduced the company’s 1st generation of Floor Ceiling Split Type Air conditioner.

2012

• Introduced Multi-split type Flexmatch Inverter, Multi-split type super flexmatch inverter: BU Module, and Multi-split type VRK Modular Inverter.

2013

• Introduced CB1INV Series Split Type Air conditioner.
• Introduced MB1INV Series Split Type Air conditioner.
• Introduced upgraded Light Commercial units - Floor Mounted Split type inverter including GFINV, HF INV, 2C1M, and 3D3M, Floor Ceiling Split type inverter including, 1C-2C1M, C1INV, and C1EINV, and lastly Ceiling Cassette Split type inverter, including CS1, CSINV, and IS3D1M.

2014

• Introduced the improved E-Series Window type air conditioner, DRE and DME.

2015

• Introduced VMK5 Modular Inverter for our light commercial air conditioner.

2016

• Introduced the upgraded S-Series Inverter, E-Series, and HME4 window type air conditioners.

2017

• Introduced the IW Series and Kolin’ first Full DC Inverter Aircon, Primus Series split type air conditioner.

2018

• Introduced Compact Series window type air conditioner.
• Inaugurated our new operations office located at Guadalupe Nuevo, Makati.
• Introduced the 3rd generation of E-Series Window Type Air conditioner, and Compact Series Regular Air Conditioner.
• Introduced Kolin’s Aircon Essentials product lines including Air Purifier, Smogbuster, Dehumidifier, and Convection heater.
• Introduced D-LED Kolin Television.

2019

• Launched our official social media pages (Facebook and Instagram).
• Expanded our warehouse Building C located in Dasmarinas City, Cavite.
• Introduced the 6H1M Series Inverter with Ionizer split typer air conditioner.

2020

• Inagurated our new Davao Office.

2021

• Released QUAD Series Full DC Inverter which is one of the first window type Full DC inverter introduced in the Philippines.
• Introduced Air Purifier with UV Lamp.
• Became the official air conditioning partner of Pinoy Big Brother (Season 10).

2022

• Sponsored NC3 Certification for technicians.

2023

• Awarded certificate of recognition to the promotion of Energy Efficiency and compliance to the Philippine Energy Labeling Program (PELP).
• Inaugurated the renovated Iloilo office.
• Introduced Certus Inverter Split Type Air conditioner with WiFi.
• Introduced the Dehumidifier with a lift and twist design, a smart controller, and a 4x water tank capacity of up to 12-liters.
• Introduced the AC/DC Evaporative Inverter Air Cooler.
• Introduced the Air Curtain with magnetic door switch.
